Where do you ship?

Only to Singapore addresses at the moment.

We’re working to ship internationally and we will announce this on our page when the option becomes available.

What are the shipping times and costs?

FREE standard delivery on orders above SGD100.00.

Standard delivery (3 to 4 working days) is available at SGD8.00.

Express delivery (1 to 2 working days) is available at SGD15.00.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We apologise if we have sent you a defective or incorrect item.

Please contact us with your order number and email us a photo of the defective area. An exchange* will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed to be defective or faulty. 

  • All products are handmade. As such, motif placements and colours may differ slightly in each piece.

  • Discrepancies in the product colour due to lighting and display resolution is not considered as defect.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! With the exception of plants, we accept all items bought from our store with original tags attached for refund or exchange*.

To submit a return, please contact us with your order number within 2 calendar days upon receiving the item.

Returns Policy

  • When making a return, you must send the item using trackable delivery as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged.

  • We will process the refund or exchange only upon receiving the returned item(s).

  • All refunds would be made minus postage fees.

 * Any exchange request is subject to stock availability at the point of exchange. Urban Planteur reserves the right to reject any returns that does not fulfill our Returns Policy.
